| 1 Burger | Fry’s Vegetarian Traditional Burger |
| 1 Small | Tomato |
| 4 Slices | Cucumber |
| 1 Leaf | Lettuce |
| 1 Small | Onion |
| 1 Large Slice | Canned Beetroot |
| 1 Bun | Burger Buns (Damper if Available) |
| 1 Serve | Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) |
| Method |
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce into slices. Leave to the side. Cut the onion into slices and fry until brown. Cook Fry’s burgers according to packet instructions. Lightly toast buns under the grill or in a toaster. Butter/margarine to taste.
Assemble with burger on bottom, tomato sauce, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce and beetroot on top, followed by the bun top.
