Ονειρεμένο σνίτσελ με κρέμα

| Tip | The herbs that I found works best with this is Ina Paarman’s Garlic & Herb salt, available at any supermarket. |

| 2 | Fry’s Vegetarian Golden Crumbed Schnitzels |
| 1 | Onion, Chopped |
| 6 | Mushrooms |
| To Taste | Crushed Garlic |
| To Taste | Herb Mix – with Fresh Parsley |
| 250 ml | (Soy) Milk |
| 10 ml | Margarine |
| 25 ml | Flour |
| 5 ml | Vegetable Oil |
| Method |
Prepare schnitzels according to instructions on the pack. Chop 1 small onion & 6 button mushrooms. Fry the onions with 1 teaspoon fresh garlic in a little vegetable oil until transparent & add the mushrooms.
Add dried herbs of your choice – see tip. Remove from the heat. Melt 2 teaspoons of butter & add 2 tablespoons of flour – make into a paste. Add (soy)milk until desired texture & thickness is achived. Add the onion & mushroom mix & stir until fully mixed. Spoon over prepared schnitzel & serve with green salad & baked baby potatoes.
