Ονειρεμένο σνίτσελ με κρέμα

Tip The herbs that I found works best with this is Ina Paarman’s Garlic & Herb salt, available at any supermarket.
Ingredients
2 Fry’s Vegetarian Golden Crumbed Schnitzels
1 Onion, Chopped
6 Mushrooms
To Taste Crushed Garlic
To Taste Herb Mix – with Fresh Parsley
250 ml (Soy) Milk
10 ml Margarine
25 ml Flour
5 ml Vegetable Oil
Method

Prepare schnitzels according to instructions on the pack. Chop 1 small onion & 6 button mushrooms. Fry the onions with 1 teaspoon fresh garlic in a little vegetable oil until transparent & add the mushrooms.
Add dried herbs of your choice – see tip. Remove from the heat. Melt 2 teaspoons of butter & add 2 tablespoons of flour – make into a paste. Add (soy)milk until desired texture & thickness is achived. Add the onion & mushroom mix & stir until fully mixed. Spoon over prepared schnitzel & serve with green salad & baked baby potatoes.
