| 8 | Curry Leaves |
| 1 Tsp | Cumin Seeds |
| 1 Tsp | Mild Curry Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | Turmeric Powder |
| 1 Tsp | Coriander Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | Cumin Powder |
| 2 | Tomatoes |
| 2 Tsp | Salt |
| 2 Tsp To Taste | Sugar |
| 3 | Potatoes |
| 400 ml | Hot Water |

| Method |
Saute Frys Vegetarian Traditional Burgers – in butter/olive oil/dry fry until brown – keep separately. Finely chop onion and tomato. Cut potatoes into 6 pieces each.
Set stove to medium heat, use a medium saucepan , add oil , onions, curry leaves & cumins seed until slightly brown. Add spices : curry powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin and simmer for 5 seconds. Add tomatoes and salt & sugar simmer until tomatoes are gravy then add chopped potatoes with 400ml water and cook until potatoes are soft. Then add Frys Burgers and simmer for 5 minutes then eat.
Best served with rice or rotis.
