Fry’s φετουτσίνι καρμποράνα αλά Polony

| Half | Fry’s Vegetarian Polony/Slicing Sausage |
| 350 g | Fettuccini Noodles |
| 3 Tblsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 | Onion, finely Chopped |
| 6 Tblsp | Dry White Wine |
| 4 | Egg Yolks |
| 4 Tblsp | Low Fat Plain Yoghurt |
| 75 g | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 2 Tblsp | Fresh Parsley, Chopped |

| Method |
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water for 8 –10 mins until al dente, drain thoroughly. Heat oil in a frying pan; add the onion and sauté gently for 5 mins until softened. Add Fry’s Vegetarian Polony/Slicing Sausage and fry for a further 4 mins over high heat. Add the wine and allow the sauce to reduce. In a small bowl, beat together the egg yolks, yoghurt, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir the Polony and yoghurt mixtures into the hot noodles. Serve immediately on heated plates.
