Fry’s γευστικά λουκάνικα σε κρέπες

Ingredients
8 Fry’s Vegetarian Traditional Sausages
Pancake Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
Half Cup Water
1 Cup Cake Flour
1 Cup Baking Powder
1 Pinch Salt
1 Tblsp Melted Margarine
Cheese Sauce Ingredients
30 ml Flour
30 g Butter
500 ml Milk
Cheese To Taste
Method

Pancake: Beat eggs until frothy and add to milk and water in a bowl. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Melt margarine and add. Mix well. Pour thinly onto a non-stick pan to make 12 pancakes.

Remove Fry’s Vegetarian Traditional Sausages from freezer. Roll frozen sausages in pancakes and place in lightly greased casserole dish.

Cheese Sauce: Melt butter and flour together, stir in milk and bring to boil to make a fairly thick sauce. Add cheese to taste.

Pour over pancakes. Place in oven for 30 mins. Remove from oven, sprinkle grated cheese and breadcrumbs over dish and grill.

Alternative filling: Use cubed Fry’s Vegetarian Polony and 2 pkts of creamed spinach; stirred together over heat.
