Fry’s Σνίτσελ με σάλτσα κρέμα

Ingredients
1 Pack Fry’s Vegetarian Golden Crumbed Schnitzel
2 Tblsp Olive Oil
Half Onion, Finely Chopped
225 g Mushrooms, Sliced
142 ml Carton Cream
4 Tblsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
4 Tblsp Fresh mint, Chopped
Mint Sprigs to Garnish
Method

Sauté chopped onion for approx 10 minutes until soft and golden. Grill/lightly fry Fry’s Vegetarian Golden Crumbed Schnitzels until crispy and browned (10 min). Add the mushrooms to sautéed onion and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cream, parsley and mint and reheat gently.

Transfer Schnitzels to a heated serving dish, cover with prepared sauce, garnish and serve immediately. Serve with sautéed potatoes and spinach, or on a bed of herb rice.
