Cous-Cous with Fry’s Hot Dog

| Tip | When preparing the cous-cous, replace the water with a glass of white wine, preferable a dry one, and cook it with the veggies so that the cous-cous absorbs the juices of the veggies. If you want something with a bite, add some chilies. |

| 1 Large | Onion |
| 2 Gloves | Garlic |
| 125 g | Mushrooms |
| 4 | Baby Marrows |
| 3 Sticks | Celery |
| Half | Green Pepper |
| Half | Red Pepper |
| Half | Yellow Pepper |
| 5 Hot Dogs | Fry’s Vegetarian Original Hot Dogs |
| 15 ml | Olive Oil |
| 250 ml | Cous-Cous |
| 250 ml | Water |
| 250 ml | Greek Yoghurt |
| Method |
1. Fry the onions, garlic, mushrooms, baby marrows, celery and peppers until soft.
2. Add the sliced hotdogs and fry until the warm and soft.
3. Cook the cous-cous as per the recipe on the pack.
4. As soon as the cous-cous is cooked, add the veggies, mix well and serve with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt.
