Cous-Cous with Fry’s Hot Dog

Tip When preparing the cous-cous, replace the water with a glass of white wine, preferable a dry one, and cook it with the veggies so that the cous-cous absorbs the juices of the veggies. If you want something with a bite, add some chilies.
Ingredients
1 Large Onion
2 Gloves Garlic
125 g Mushrooms
4 Baby Marrows
3 Sticks Celery
Half Green Pepper
Half Red Pepper
Half Yellow Pepper
5 Hot Dogs Fry’s Vegetarian Original Hot Dogs
15 ml Olive Oil
250 ml Cous-Cous
250 ml Water
250 ml Greek Yoghurt
Method

1. Fry the onions, garlic, mushrooms, baby marrows, celery and peppers until soft.
2. Add the sliced hotdogs and fry until the warm and soft.
3. Cook the cous-cous as per the recipe on the pack.
4. As soon as the cous-cous is cooked, add the veggies, mix well and serve with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt.
