Debbie Fry’s Shepherd’s Pie

| 380 g | Fry’s Vegetarian Mince |
| 1/2 Medium | Onion, Chopped |
| 2 | Tomatoes, Skinned and Chopped |
| 500 g | Potatoes |
| 1 Tsp | Dried Mixed Herbs |
| 10 ml | Olive Oil |
| Method |
Preheat oven to 180°C. Boil potatoes until soft (approx 20 min) and mash. Sauté onions and tomatoes in a little oil until soft. Add frozen Fry’s Vegetarian Mince and 200 ml water. When Mince has defrosted, add gravy powder which is stirred in 10 ml water (supplied with Veggie Mince). Cook until thickened (8 min). Place in casserole dish. Cover with mash potato – place in oven until top is crisp and lightly browned (10 min).
