Ingredients
1 Bag Fry’s Vegetarian Beef-Style Strips
Half Medium Yellow Pepper
1 Large Onion
1 Large Tomato
Half Small Lettuce
1 Tub Mediterranean Hummus
1 Pinch Salt & Pepper
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
To Taste Soya Sauce and Honey
Method

Shred lettuce and dice tomatoes. Slice onion into rings and fry together with Fry’s Vegetarian Beef-Style Strips, strips of yellow pepper, salt, pepper, honey and soya sauce with a tablespoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes. Place pita bread in preheated oven (follow directions on pack). Open pita pocket and generously smear hummus on the inside. Fill the pocket with all the ingredients.
