| Ingredients | |
| 1 Bag | Fry’s Vegetarian Beef-Style Strips |
| Half Medium | Yellow Pepper |
| 1 Large | Onion |
| 1 Large | Tomato |
| Half Small | Lettuce |
| 1 Tub | Mediterranean Hummus |
| 1 Pinch | Salt & Pepper |
| 1 Tblsp | Olive Oil |
| To Taste | Soya Sauce and Honey |
| Method |
Shred lettuce and dice tomatoes. Slice onion into rings and fry together with Fry’s Vegetarian Beef-Style Strips, strips of yellow pepper, salt, pepper, honey and soya sauce with a tablespoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes. Place pita bread in preheated oven (follow directions on pack). Open pita pocket and generously smear hummus on the inside. Fill the pocket with all the ingredients.
