Fry’s A Taste of Thai – Thai Soup – Starter

Serves 6
Ingredients  
1 Cube Vegetable Stock in 500ml Water
  Chopped Celery and Spring Onion
1 Packet 2 Minute Noodles
  Fry’s Vegetarian Polony/Silcing Sausage, Cut into Thin Strips
Method  

Simmer chopped celery and spring onion in water for 30 min. Add noodles and Fry’s Vegetarian Polony/Silcing Sausage 2 min before serving. Add salt to taste.
