Fry’s Caldo Verna

Ingredients
6 Fry’s Vegetarian Original Hot Dogs
1.25 L Water
500 g Potatoes, Peeled & Quartered
250 g Dark Green Cabbage Leaves, Finely shredded
1 Leek, Thinly Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
60 ml Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Method

Boil potatoes in water until tender (approx 30 min). Mash in water. Add greens, leek, garlic, stock cube, oil and seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Defrost Fry’s Vegetarian Original Hot Dogs (1 min in microwave on high) and slice into 1 cm pieces. Serve hot with Hot Dog slices on top.
