Fry’s Fish Curry

| 4 | Fry’s Vegetarian Traditional Burgers |
| 2-3 Tsp | Curry Powder |
| 1 | Onions, Chopped |
| 1 Clove | Fresh Garlic, Chopped |
| To Taste | Curry Leaves, Chopped |
| 1 Punnet | Mushrooms, Chopped |
| 1 Can | Tomato and Onion Puree |
| 125 ml | Lemon Juice |
| To Taste | Salt |
| To Taste | Sugar |
| To Taste | Coriander |
| Braised Rice or Roti | |
| Method |
Fry 4 Fry’s Vegetarian Traditional Burgers and set aside and cut into pieces
Heat oil and add chopped onions, chopped fresh garlic and chopped curry leaves. Saute until lightly browned.
Add 2 – 3 teaspoons of curry powder and one punnet of chopped mushrooms. Allow to cook until dry and then add a can of tomato and onion puree. Allow to simmer for 5 mins. Add 1/2 cup of lemon juice or tamarind juice. Add salt and a little sugar to taste. Cook for another 10 mins or until gravy has thickened.
Add burgers and garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve with braised rice or Roti.
