Fry’s Fruity Curry

| 1 Packet | Fry’s Vegetarian Spiced Burgers, Cubed |
| 60 ml | Cooking Oil |
| 2 | Leeks, Sliced |
| 1/4 | Onion, Sliced |
| 1 | Cooking Apple, Cored and Roughly Chopped |
| 150 g | Pineapple Pieces |
| 4 | Cloves Garlic |
| 1 cm | Fresh Ginger, Grated |
| 60 g | Raisins |
| 10 ml | Curry Powder (To Taste) |
| 30 ml | Flour |
| 500 ml | Orange Juice |
| Salt | |
| Method |
Heat oil and stir fry leeks, Fry’s Vegetarian Spiced Burgers, apple and pineapple for 5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, raisins, curry powder, salt and flour and blend thoroughly. Add orange juice and stir until sauce thickens. Add a little sugar if necessary.
