Fry’s Glazed Xmas “Ham”

Ingredients  
1 Fry’s Vegetarian Polony/Slicing Sausage
1 Small Tin Pineapple Pieces
  Juice from Pineapple Pieces
2 Tblsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Mustard
  A Few Cherries
  Toothpicks
Method  

Score 3 or 4 deep lines across the Fry’s Vegetarian Polony/Slicing Sausage and decorate with pineapple pieces and cherries. Mix the brown sugar, mustard and pineapple juice to a thick paste and pour over decorated Polony. Place in preheated oven at 200C° for approx 10 mins, until sauce turns dark brown. Absolutely delicious served hot or cold.
