Fry’s Nuggets & Broccoli Divine

Ingredients

1 Pkt Fry’s Vegetarian Chicken-Style Nuggets
1 Large broccoli
1 Cup Grated cheese
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups Milk
¼ Cup Cream
¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Mustard
½ Cube Vegetable Stock
1 Teaspoon Worcester sauce

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Steam broccoli and break into florets. Cut Fry’s Vegetarian Chicken-Style Nuggets in half and place in ovenproof dish with broccoli florets.

Sauce:
Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour. Add the milk, cream, nutmeg,
mustard, vegetable stock cube and Worcester sauce.

Stir slowly until sauce thickens. Once the sauce is ready, pour over the
broccoli and nuggets.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in oven at 180C°, for about 10 mins or until cheese has melted.
