Fry’s Piquant Pie

Ingredients
1 Packet Fry’s Vegetarian Spiced Burger
1 kg Potatoes
30 g Butter/Margarine
1 Large Onion, Sliced
150 ml Chutney
10 ml Curry Powder
500 g Canned Pie Apples
150 g Cheddar Cheese Grated

Method

Preheat oven to 180C°. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft (approx. 30 min) and mash with butter or margarine. Arrange Fry’s Vegetarian Spiced Burgers in bottom of ovenproof dish. Mix together onions, chutney, curry powder, apples and spread over burgers. Top with mashed potato followed by cheese and cook for 30 minutes. If using HOT chutney, omit curry powder.
