Fry’s Schnitzel with Cream Sauce

| 1 Pack | Fry’s Vegetarian Golden Crumbed Schnitzel |
| 2 Tblsp | Olive Oil |
| Half | Onion, Finely Chopped |
| 225 g | Mushrooms, Sliced |
| 142 ml | Carton Cream |
| 4 Tblsp | Fresh Parsley, Chopped |
| 4 Tblsp | Fresh mint, Chopped |

| Method |
Sauté chopped onion for approx 10 minutes until soft and golden. Grill/lightly fry Fry’s Vegetarian Golden Crumbed Schnitzels until crispy and browned (10 min). Add the mushrooms to sautéed onion and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cream, parsley and mint and reheat gently.
Transfer Schnitzels to a heated serving dish, cover with prepared sauce, garnish and serve immediately. Serve with sautéed potatoes and spinach, or on a bed of herb rice.
