Fry’s Tasty Pasta

| 6 | Fry’s Vegetarian Braai Flavour Country Herb Sausage |
| 350 g | Small Shell Pasta |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic, Crushed |
| 1 Can | Tomato & Onion (Mixed) |
| Half Tsp | Origanum |
| 1 Tsp | Basil |
| 1 Tblsp | Soya Sauce |
| 250 g | Sliced Mushrooms |
| Thick Cheese Sauce (approx. 4 Cups) | |
| Cayenne Pepper & Grated Cheese | |
| Method |
Cook pasta until al dente. Sauté garlic and mushrooms. Add tomato and onion, origanum, basil and soya sauce. Simmer for approx 5 mins. Make cheese sauce. Grill Fry’s Vegetarian Braai Flavour Country Herb Sausages for approx 8 min, turning frequently and allow to cool and slice.
Place pasta in a casserole dish and add all other ingredients, including Fry’s Vegetarian Braai Flavour Country Herb Sausages and mix together.
Mix Cayenne Pepper and grated cheese and sprinkle on top. Grill until cheese melts and browns.
