Fry’s Veggie Mince Curry

Ingredients
Garlic
Onion
Olive Oil
1 Tsp Curry Powder
Fry’s Vegetarian Mince
Mushrooms
Green Pepper
Olives
Gravy
Mushroom Soup
Ideal Milk
1 Cup Hot Water
Potatoes
Fresh Herbs, e.g. Basil, Sage
Method

Chop fresh garlic & onion & fry in olive oil. Add a teaspoon of curry powder. Add Fry’s Vegetarian Mince & fry until brown, add mushrooms, green pepper & olives. Mix the gravy, mushroom soup & Ideal Milk with hot water +-1cup. Add liquids to mince with par boiled potatoes and simmer for +-20min. Add fresh herbs like basil, sage etc. just before serving.
