| 1 Can | Tomato & Onion Mix |
| 11 Each | Fry’s Vegetarian Original Hot Dogs |
| 1 Can | Baked Beans |
| 2 Tblsp | Packo Curry Paste |
| 1 Pinch | Salt |
| Method |
1. Lightly defrost 1 packet (11) Fry’s Vegetarian Original Hot Dogs, and cut into slices of about 1,5cm thick.
2. Heat 1 can of good quality onion and tomato mix over medium heat.
3. Add two tablespoons Packo curry paste and a pinch of salt, stir well, and let the mixture simmer for a minute or two.
4. Add the sliced sausages and mix them in well. Simmer for about a minute, stirring lightly.
5. Add one can of baked beans and mix well.
6. Simmer until the sausages and beans are heated through and serve.
