| 1 Large Chopped | Onion |
| 6 Chopped | Tomatoes |
| 2 Tblsp | Curry Powder |
| Pinch | Salt |
| To Garnish | Corinader |
| 1 Packet | Fry’s Vegetarian Beef-Style Strips |
| Method |
Heat a little oil in a pan over high heat.
Add onions and peppers. Once onions become soft and transparent add chopped tomatoes. Add 2 Tbls curry powder and salt to taste. Allow to cook until chutney is thick. Add Fry’s Vegetarian Beef-Style Strips and leave on the stove for +- 2 min. Garnish with coriander. Serve with Rice.
