Toasted Vegetarian “Chicken & Mayo” Sandwich

Ingredients

1 Pkt Fry’s Vegetarian Chicken-Style Nuggets
1 Onion
4 Gherkins
12 Tbl Mayonnaise
1.5 Cups Cheese

Method

Microwave nuggets until soft. Mash with a fork until fine. Add finely chopped onions and gherkins, grated cheese of choice. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add mayonnaise and mix.

Delicious on toasted sandwiches.
